Returns Policy

At Anamist Kids, we hope you loved your pieces, but in case of you having a change of heart our return policy can be found below.

• We have a 14 day return policy, starting from the day which you received your order from us.
• Your item must be unworn with tags attached and arrive in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

To complete your return:

1. Please email info@anamistkids.com to receive a return authorisation code.

2. Pack any unwanted items back in the original packaging, along with the returns form filled in with your details and return authorisation code.

3. Please post your return back to: Anamist Kids, Unit 3B, Nutwood Trading Estate, Limestone Cottage Lane, Sheffield, S6 1NJ

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

KINDLY NOTE: Please keep hold of your returns postage receipt as proof of returning, we recommend sending your parcel back second class recorded via royal mail.
